Candlelite Inn's Broccoli Cheese & Egg Bake

2 c. of grated Swiss cheese
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
¼ c. Monterey Jack or Colby cheese
5 large eggs
1 c. milk
½ tsp. white pepper
1 c. broccoli, cut into small pieces
Chives, to taste
Cottage Dill Bread or any other herb bread

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Butter 4 individual casserole dishes and place in the
bottom of each a slice of bread. Divide the broccoli, Swiss, Monterey Jack and
Parmesan cheeses between the casserole dishes. In a medium bowl beat
together with a wire whisk the eggs, milk, white pepper and chives. Divide
among the casserole dishes. Cube several slices of bread and divide among the
dishes. Place on a cookie sheet and place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or
until the eggs are set and the cubes of bread are browned. Serves 4
