Notes from the Heart...
We've been eating our Christmas leftovers for several days now...but unlike
Thanksgiving leftovers there is quite a variety because we had a pot luck dinner
with many yummy choices. We've just finished off the last of the shrimp/scallop
chowder, venison (not sure how it was made but it was incredibly delicious),
savory meatballs, and are getting ready to work on the black beans and rice soon.
The cheesecake is half gone, and I don't know if I can take much more of these
rich foods! Once the food is all gone, I'm switching to healthy low fat foods, and
will try Charlie's recipe for Mixed Bean Soup. ~ m.

You grab some masking tape. You pull on and it comes off in weird little pieces.
Toss that baby into the trash, right? Nope, nuke it. Yes, zap the roll of masking
tape for between 10 and 20 seconds and it will start working like it is supposed to.
