Broiled Grapefruit

With the great citrus available this time of year, this recipe is perfect on a cold
winter morning.

Cut a Ruby Red Grapefruit in half. You may chose to separate the meat
sections from the membranes.

Place cut side up in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle 1 T. Brown Sugar over the cut
surface.

Sprinkle 1 t. Sweetened Coconut flakes atop that. Broil on High for 3 minutes or
until sugar is brown & bubbly and coconut is toasted.

Garnish with a cherry or raspberry.
